Homebrew apps on xbox?
Posted: Fri Jan 18, 2008 4:15 pmHow is it possible to run things like emulators on an Xbox? Is it like the PSP where if I have a certain firmware/hardware model I can softmod it?

Posted: Fri Jan 18, 2008 4:15 pmPosted: Sat Jan 19, 2008 8:44 pmIt's similar, but when you softmod an xbox you just edit a file that tells it what "dashboard" to boot so it boots a custom made one which in turn will allow you to run unsigned code. Quite simple. Any xbox is able to be softmodded too. Just need Mech Assualt 1 (regular edition) similar to the GTA hack or lumines hack for psp's.
