Don't think a browser has been developed, but i could be wrong.
Also, post messages in the appropriate forum. Last warning.

This is from Demonoid:
Details for Wii - Opera Internet Channel - NTSC-U
Internet Channel changes the way you surf the net forever. No more hunching over your computer. Just download the Opera browser for just 500 Wii Points and within minutes, you’ll be a professional sofa surfer, pointing-and-clicking your way around the web with your Wii Remote. Opera supports Adobe Flash and Javascript so you can even watch movies on your favorite video sites!
- Torrent Info -
* Packed : Wii - Opera Internet Channel.wad
* Region : NTSC / USA
* Language : English
* Region-free : No
I'd love to test it, but when I first downloaded the pack generator, I didn't include the Wad installer. So I can't really check this out to see if it is what I think it is. Unless someone knows where else I can get it..

semipcgeek: That is probably the WAD for the internet channel. You can use the link below to download WAD manager used to install and uninstall WADS. Remember to keep the wad on your sd card after installation as it is needed for uninstallation.

Bosf: The only way to have a LEGAL internet browser is to buy the internet channel.

Bosf: There's also other region releases if you look for them.
brentbizzle: That is the WAD for the internet channel. I did use the link to get the WAD manager, but have another problem. I did as the readme's state: put the manager in the APPS directory of the HBC (X:\APPS\Wadmanager) and created a folder titled "wad" in the root of the card (X:\wad\). It loads into HBC just fine, but when selecting the wadmanager application, the Loading window comes up (after the little 'readme' information on the application) and just hangs there, at 0%. Going to have to read further into this and the problem, because it does this on FCE as well. Some other homebrew apps work just fine (duckhunt, uno) but emuls and this don't. Starting to wonder if it has to do with the wii being chipped...

Oh geeze... you know what? I did have gc cards in... forgot I was playing Mario Sunshine on gc mode! lol
UPDATE: For the record, thought I'd give a little update. The WAD that I was referring about from Demonoid, does work. I just tested out the Internet Channel and went to a few sites of "particular" interest

and it worked out just fine. Keep in mind, you do have to have the one for your region, and there are PAL releases out there if you look for them (I've seen them).
