Twilight hack HBC install error need to update to IOS 2.2?

I have DL and extracted the Wiibrew custom package containing Twilight hack and HBC, I have encountered a problem and need help I could not find any tut that solved or mentioned this issues.
My Wii firmware version is 2.1E
When I try to install the HBC using the Twilight hack it progress to a point after all the warning etc, then it says that I need to update to version 2.2, now unfortunately I don’t have any game that has a force update to update to the required firmware, and doing the update Via official wii update apparently blocks some stuff or something like that I remember reading on this forum and on the official website for the HBC.
So I want to know, what is the best way to update to the needed firmware? I remember reading something about a way to install any firmware using some utility can’t remember, if you can clue me in I’ll gladly appreciate it.
