What Happened to the new Internet Channel Update

I Think its a rumor but there was supposedly an update coming this month for it to add support for tabs and the ability to usa the wiispeak microphone
any of you know if its a fake? i was looking foward for it if they improved the flash so i can play better homebrew games online with flash 8 or 9

I believe that the Opera update will come soon. I think I read that it was confirmed somewhere. When I read the news article, however, it did not specify a date.

alright thanxs do u think it might come with an update thats stops hombrew?Or just an individual channel update that u would go in the shop channel for?I saw a pic of the new browser in the article but i think it might have been photoshopped

Probably photoshopped and since Opera is third-party, it wouldn't come in the official update. Just a channel update, you might even have to pay Nintendo points for it.
