First: No, but you can download hacked channels (WADs). Can't tell you where so don't ask. Just google for it.

Ok, i want to know how exactely is left for packgen to finish, and is there any onther booktype changer, cuz i have a Toshiba DVD ROm and Matchita DVD Writer

The packgen has been fully updated and can be used. There are a couple programs remaining to be updated, but it can be used if you can access it.
