can i play wii games through a usb

can i connect my pc and wii together with a usb cable and play games

No... if you notice, a regular usb cable has 2 different sides, one rectangular and one kinda square. One is for a host, one is for a device. Typical situation the PC is a host and a printer a device. The Wii is a host. Doesn't really work going host to host.

If you are talking about Wii games, then for now its impossible. I guess there's a new modchip that will allow it, but seeing as how it hasn't been released there's nothing concrete about whether or not it works.

If you are talking about homebrew, than you can use a PC utility that will stream homebrew over your home network and you can load it through the homebrew channel.

what the wifi signal will transfer data to the wii your saying???

maybe?? didn't quite understand your question.

The homebrew channel reads applications off your SD card, and loads them into memory. There is a pc application that can do the same thing, but over Wifi. You choose what application you want, and while your Wii is in the homebrew channel, you send the program over Wifi to the Wii. It is not actually transferred or installed on the Wii, just loaded in memory for that one time.
