I got a .wad file,i have 3.3 EU firmware.
Can my wii get bricked,or harmed other ways by installing wads?I know it about regions,and i am pretty sure i got PAL version,but 3.3 version isnt the new,and i heard that WAD manager stopped working from 3.3 and up.I really dont want to brick my wii so i rather ask.

I have 3.2. Installing wads will not brick your Wii, providing they are legit wads.
