Where can I get the IOS37-64-v2070.wad file?, Need Downgrade

I would like to know if anyone, and I do mean anyone could help point me in the right direction to finding this IOS37-64-v2070.wad file. I really would like to downgrade my console. I have menu 3.4 but because of a dumb mistake I can't use Gecko OS which I heard is very great. Please if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated. If possible, could you guys send a download link or post a website theat has it. Sorry for any trouble I may have caused. By the way, Thanx for the HBC. I love playing my emulators on my wii. Again, sorry for the trouble.
