I have roms but what file-type does Wii64 run off of?

Example:
Game.rom <-doesn't work.
Game.64 <-nope.
Game.z64 <-nuh-uh.
Game.wii46 <-lol desperate

1. Wrong section
2. Wii64 doesn't work very well at the moment.
