USBLoader not picking up my HDD...

I've done everything I need to as far as I can tell, the emulators are working perfectly, but USBLoader isn't recognising my FreeAgent 500gb HDD.
I have version 4.0E if that helps...
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you marked the Drive as active? and put tried putting it in different USB Ports.
How to make a drive active
Windows Xp
Start>Right click my computer>manage>Disk Manangement>check if your drive is active if not>
Also is your Usb Drive a primary one? these factores can effect it. I have Seagate 320GB HDD and it works Fine im not>right click> Mark partion as active. *note once this is done you can not take off ACTIVE*
sure if freeAgent is the same but never the less.

Unfortunately that didn't work. I've tried two different usb loaders, and my freeagent and a usb stick, nothing would load. Could it be a problem with the Wii itself? I updated a week or two ago, maybe that has something to do with it?
