wii pcsx emulater help not the wiisx one pcsx on the wii

I have emulater running can not figure out from downloading the game what to do exactly with that file it is one file if you look in it it consist of 3 files img and 2 others sorry not around my house I tryed loading it usb first gets pretty far but not enough to load it please send a walthrough step by step after having the app up on the wii. The rest I'm not sure after far is what files you need or if anything elese is needed
