Kickass game, You can choose from 15+ different civilizations to start from scratch such as

The Mongolians (Genghis Kong)
French (Napoleon)
Americans (Abraham Lincoln)
Egyptians (Cleopatra)
British (Queen Elizabeth)
Aztecs (Montezuma)
ETC....

You starts in the stone age with... Gah there is too much to explain, it is awesome if you like strategy games. You build armies and take over barbarian villages. You can choose to win the game by:

Culturally - Have a total of 20 Great People, Wonders, Then build the UN.
Imperially (Uses a different word) - Conquer all the other empires.
Technologically - Complete the Manhattan Project I think
Economically - Accumulate 20,000 Gold.

I beat it once, I rented it today and played it on the 2nd difficulty. I'll try it on the hardest now and build the ultimate empire.

I highly recommend this game.

i got this game its great but i do worn its not for every one especially if there is some thing else that needs to be done you will burn the hours quick.

True, I stayed up super late beating it the first time.
