If anyone knows the download link for the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Addon packs for USA. I know there is only one USA download pack, but there should be more in PSN. All i need are the links.

I located the links in the Playstation Store. They are free for download. I don't have the links for you but I can tell you exactly how to locate them on the PSN.

In order to get to them, do this:

1. Login the Playstation Store on the PS3.
2. In the left side, click the "Add-Ons" button.
3. Next, select the first option for "Disc-Based Game Add-Ons"
4. Select M-Z as your search criteria.
5. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm is the 15th item on the list. Click it.
6. Download and enjoy all of the free DLC!

Could prove problematic if he's using a jailbroken PS3 as his firmware won't be the correct version, he would also need a USA PSN login to even see the US content
