PS3 key/owners and ps3 help
Posted: Tue Jul 12, 2011 9:46 pmHello I came here for some help on my ps3. I own an original PS3 60 gb model. Currently my ps3 firmware is at 3.41. I noticed PS3key website has not done much since December. I know there are angry ps3key owners. I waited too long to update. After hearing so much about hacking/ high security measures/updates that it just got out of hand many times. I heard in the past about lvl2 ( I don't know much) app, bluray movies not working, upgrade (500gb or higher) hard drives not working.
Well mainly I need help getting ps3 up to date or close to it. I'm not interested Linux OS at this time. What have other ps3 key owners have done to ps3 60 gb model recently? Are PS3key owners still using it? Have they used different offspring firmware to upgrade the device or ps3 console? I have not purchase any new games lately and just want to play some of my old ps3 games. I first heard brewology from psxscene. Just help me get started with links/ advice from this website. I know feel like a noob. My last ps3 game purchase was Super street fighter 4. I don't have the ssf4 arcade edition. I also want to play my games online again. Its been hot for past week and it now okay run my ps3 in this weather eventhough fan kicks in.
I have the (Atmel) version. I have not upgraded to pskey v4.5 Firmware version... because I was busy with life.........................Please.................... (^_^)
