i think god is bs and religion is bs...

all created to control the actions of the public, i base this on research and things i've watched like zietgiest move which has many flaws but i like the things it tells you.

i myself am a deism/athiest which is what Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin are said to be, these are some of the smartest people so i go with them :)
but ive done a lot of research on this and i just think religion and god is just bunch of bs..

Its all bs man. Its just a race of which bs is more believable*excuse speling*. So far no winners yet, just more dead people. Sad, sad, sad world we live in.
I wish we could go back to the stone age where it was animals vs humans only.
*I apologize though if I offended anybody*

There are biblical proofs that support the reality of God. I can maybe explain some later, but I am busy atm.

Yea, maybe a lot of religions are bs, but I believe in Christianity. There is historical proof that Jesus was a real guy that really lived. I see a lot of people that all think its just a way to control people, and think somehow that this universe was created by some explosions. Now that sounds like bs to me. It takes a lot more faith to believe that the world around us was created by random events then it does to believe God made it. Even one of the basic principals in science proves that theory wrong, the principal that if something is left alone, the natural order of things will cause chaos instead of order. If you think the world around us was created by random things into such great order, and that all religion is just peoples attempt to control other people, then in my opinion your just either ignorant or just haven't studied all religions in depth. Just my opinion.

Good job ace....someone needed to say that and im happy you did. Some religions, such as buddhism and hinduism, but God and Jesus ARENT made up things. Turn in your bible to revelations....A ton of the things in there have came true already. Look what God said "There will be a new heaven and earth" and then go look into newer science. You will see we have just found 2 new possibly planets that are forming in our galaxy. I dont think thats just chance. Now look at this....God says in the last days before i return man will become smarter. The last 1900 years our main source of transportation is by horse....now its by cars, trains, jets, spaceships. God said in the last days man's thoughts will become evil.....Porn and violence have swept through our nation. Like it or not folks.....Jesus is returning. I know that when he does i will be going home to heaven.

Yall go by what you hear on TV and Radio....Im going by the book that hasnt let me down or been wrong yet.

Ah thanks guys, yes Revelations is a must! You might not understand it too much but you might get a little out of what will happen before and when Jesus comes back. I believe that Babylon is the 'evil' city and where the Anti-Christ will be born. Babylon was destroyed hundreds of years ago and was in rubble until Saddam Hussein rebuilt it in the 70s and during the wars it has been UNTOUCHED and it is quite the Modern day city. It is a very high tech and developed city. If the UN meeting places leaves NYC, then it would be a logical place to move to Babylon since its modern stance and its position. Theres also this other other deal about the 'Great Harlot' that will exist in Babylon and she will fornicate with some officials or something. Another thing is the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem that Jesus visited a while before he was betrayed by Judas, and in Matthew 24:1-28 Jesus stated that the church would be destroyed and later it was by the Romans, so he was right. And in Revelations it speaks that before Jesus will come, that same temple will be rebuilt and it just so happens that the people are trying to get it rebuilt and then I believe.. it will be quite close to the end times, perhaps the rapture. Theres much other things in revelations that are possible fulfilled prophecies. It is quite interesting :D.

I am atheist more correctly an apathetic metaphysical variety, i willingly accept the possibility of a higher power but in the absence of the ability to definitely ascribe the existence of that higher power either way. i prefer to direct the quality of my actions according to a moral metaphysics rather than divine commandments.

I am also a deist which means if god does exist he in no way interferes with our lives.

also this is a list of famous people who were athiest http://www.wonderfulatheistsofcfl.org/Quotes.htm, guess they all went to hell, including albert einstein, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Charles Darwin, James Madison, John Adams, and Galileo probably the most famous in my view but there are hundreds of more. I guess they are all burning in hell because god loves them and wants them to know that if they dont worship him and follow his path he they will go to hell and have fun!

Lighthouses are more helpful then churches." -Benjamin Franklin, American Founding Father, author, and inventor

"The divinity of Jesus is made a convenient cover for absurdity."-John Adams, U.S. President, Founding Father of the United States

"All religions have been made by men."-Napoleon Bonaparte, French emperor

"Religion is all bunk."- Thomas Edison, American inventor (1847-1931).

"If Christ were here now there is one thing he would not be -- a Christian."- Samuel Clemens "Mark Twain", American author and humorist (1835-1910).

"I can very well do without God both in my life and in my painting, but I cannot, suffering as I am, do without something which is greater than I am, which is my life, the power to create."
-Vincent Van Gogh, Dutch painter

"Christianity is the most perverted system that ever shone on man." Thomas Jefferson, U.S. President, author, scientist, architect, educator, and diplomat

"All national institutions of churches, whether Jewish, Christian or Turkish, appear to me no other than human inventions, set up to terrify and enslave mankind, and monopolize power and profit. "
- Thomas Paine, English born American author and revolutionary leader (1737-1809).
