I woke up this morning and I got a txt from mi gf sayin, "Wat?". So I txt her bck asking 'Wat?'. She replies 2 me sayin, "Tried 2get u 2 know-U sent me that at 6am". This might look lyk a normal txt but its not.

1. I would never wake up at 6 to fone or text anyone, I h8 wakin up early
2. The msg in that text does not make eni sense, read it a couple of tyms
3. I do not recall typing it and sending it

Am just wondering, can u do a complext task such as type a msg lyk that while u r sleep walkin? Btw I have never had any past sleep walking experiences and neither has anyone in my family. This is really freaking the Sh*t out of me. Does any one have an explaination?

Yeah, things like that that're engraved into your memory you can do in your sleep.

never happened to me....
its all in your brain, so your mind can perform it even without you noticing it or being awake.

Anyway what did you send her?

Wow, scary what you can do asleep. Try taping yourself asleep to see if you do anything. Seriously, I've heard of people doing dangerous things asleep.
@roxfox: seriously? That might explain why my psp has low battery some mornings, as well as my wrist hurting

Just your self-conscious playing tricks on your mind, it has a very unique thing when
it comes to your memories. You were probably dreaming, but you didn't really notice.

Something like that is called Lucid Dreaming. Its when your dreaming and KNOW that you are
aware that your dreaming. Its pretty good stuff, check it out.

Oh they have a name for that? I used to dream and know that I was dreaming all the time, but I could never wake up lol. I would be like trying to hurt myself the the dream and stuff but I couldn't wake up. It was messed up, but I haven't done that in a while.
I usually kick in my sleep.

One time I was at a doctor's office and idk how it got brought up, but he asked if I had any difficulty sleeping or anything at night, and I told him just a little because of how I dream. He asked me to explain what I meant, and I told him that I could usually control my dreams. He asked if some were violent or not and I said yes because some are/were (as I hope everyones are), and then he immediately began to talk off at the mouth about what psychiatric medicine(s) he could put me on...

Of course, my mom freaks out for some stupid reason and everything gets blown out of proportion. Everyone thought that I would murder someone in my sleep or something... or thought I was crazy or something - at least they acted like it. Anyways, long story short, I never went to see that doctor again and refused to take meds.

To this day I can still do it. After reading about lucid dreaming, it only helped me be able to do it more often. Basically, how I do it, is I wait until I'm on the verge of being awake and sleeping, and then like... my eyes move a little, and if you can begin to think about whatever you want to dream about right then, you can just about dream of anything. I think being able to escape into my own imagination during the night is the only thing that's kept me sane, even though what I may have just said sounds crazy to you guys. If you guys read up on it, you should get a pretty good grasp of what I'm talking about though. It's hard to explain... I wish I could give more detail about how I do it but it's just... idk, it's how you think at a certain time... it doesn't really have set 1.) - 2.) - 3.) type of instructions to follow.
