Brewology

Im trying to make a gamemode in garrys mod. And im trying to get the player to spawn with some custom weapons. Specifically some of the ones in kermite's pistol pack. But I cant find the names of the weapons. I looked in a lot of the lua and didn't see anything referencing the names. May sound stupid but, Where are they? lol

Gary's mod is a mod for... Half Life right? Makes zombies or something?

Im a lua guy. kinda big. you realize that WOW is in lua? u seem to see lots of PSP apps outta lua but (no offense) they bite. ther were pooorly coded. WOW is extremely well coded and see how nice it runs? im not expecting lua apps to be that nice, but to atleast work. and my friend says paying for garys mod is worth it. it is. it literally can do anything. good for messing around, doing presentations, or showing off. paying is retarded but it being coding so well (WOW) is expensive. apparently, you need to pay to apreciate. plus, you dont need to know how to code in lua to do G-mod. its sweet. look some youtube vids on it to see. billy mays............

I know LUA but nothing about what you're talking about. LUA programs usually suck because n00bs are the ones coding the program but a lot of the time, they can be pretty cool.

The game is not in lua. well some of it is. The lua is for people to add plugins and such.

Yea it's more for the UI side of the game, the core it's self and engine is coded in like C# or C++ I can't remember off hand. But people write the addons using Lua.

The User Interface is Lua.

The actual gameplay is Something else entirely.
