Crashing a car is embarrassing enough but did then need to give him a DUI for this?

"Driving" under the influence. He was driving something motorized.

Just the fact he has a motorized bar stool makes my day

I have heard of people getting DUI on bicycles. I don't think that is legit either but it happens.

haha thats awsesome. Yeah i would think it depends how drunk you are, like if your completely wasted riding your bike down the street and swerving out infront of cars..you better get a dui! but if your just buzzed then you should be fine. Thats just my opinion.

This guy got a DUI because he was riding his horse while he was drunk. Apparently, the horse knows its way home and he had been doing this for some time before getting charged with anything. Makes me wonder if the horse would be considered the designated driver.

I think if you can find a place to park a horse at the pub this is ok. Worse thing he should get is drunk in public I don't see how DUI applies here. Did this happen in Texas?
