Rate their signature and avatar!
Example:
If I went, and someone else is next and they really liked my siggy but hated my avy, then they'd rate it respectively and put why the gave it that.
Sig: 8/10 - Your picture is hilarious!
Avatar: 4/10 - Your picture is kinda annoying.
Of course, that's just an example. I'd obviously get a 10/10 on everything if this was RL.

Avatar: 5/10 because it's pretty... um... weird....
Sig: 5/10 because I like the stuff in it. but there's no alpha channel in the Achievement picture and it looks all jumbled.
BFK: You have to include a rating for the avatar and signature.

6/10 for the avatar because it's kinda boring. It isn't annoying and it has a good contrast against the forum's theme so I can know who's posting without checking the name a lot easier. I've seen it before...
