I have the env2 and want to reset my phone to manufacturer form. The inside screen doesnt work, it stays black. I was wondering if there was any other way to reset it from the outside or like a small button somewhere. Any ideas? I am already getting another in the mail from Verizon but i dont want my valuable information to be seen or used somehow by others.

well....... if you got access to the menu's, just roll throught the settings and there might be a reset to default thing. if not- do it manually.

I just noticed that i can still maneuver through the menus when i have my phone open while my screen is still blank. The front screen wont let me cause it has about 3 menus to choose from and neither are the settings menu. BoooOoO! Ima try n see if i get lucky to try and erase it like if the screen worked.

Wife is so smart She mentioned to view my replacement phone's menu and make some sort of guide! *Slaps Forhead* "Shoulda had a V8" Though if anyone else is having the same problem and wants to reset your enV2, let me know and i will gladly make some sort of a guide!
