So, there's going to be a meteor shower over us tonight between an hour from now to around 6. I'm going to stay up and try to get some cool videos to post. :D Any of you guys hear about it?
EDIT: Whoa! This is crazy! Read this!
Size: Most visible meteors are between 1 mm and 1 cm in diameter. For example, a Leonid meteor of magnitude +5, which is barely visible with the naked eye in a dark sky, is caused by a meteoroid of 0.5 mm in diameter and weights only 0.00006 gram.

I was out until 3... (2 1/2 hours) and I saw a lot with my naked eye but a few were especially bright. There was no way to get them on video because they were all over the place and randomly timed. I went 20 minutes without anyone seeing one for a few times.

I went out for a brief minute just to see if I saw anything, but it looked like clouds were covering up everything here. No stars or nothing.

Went outside for about 15 minutes. Saw 7 pretty bright ones. Too much light pollution to catch the smaller ones.
