Would You Rather Die Or Eat The Contents Of A Seed Bank?

A seed bank is a place where seeds of every kind are stored. There are only a few of them and they have a lot of each kind just in case of a natural disaster or a huge virus takes out all the living crops. Think of it as a modern-day Noah's ark. They usually have more than a million seeds of each plant, but for this thread, there is just enough seeds to last you enough if you ration them. (You need to survive long enough for someone to realize that you're stuck in there and get you out.) Would you eat the seeds if you were stuck in there or not?
What happens if this was after a disaster that wiped out most kinds of plants on Earth? Would you still eat them?

I'd start by planting some stuff in the first day and not eat anything, then I'd get all the edible ones and make my plan for the week... BTW no-one's going to die because of a hunger in a week...

Why not just plant the important stuff like tomatoes and cucumbers and then eat other seeds that are for small pretty plants?

No, the point of it is that you have to eat all of the seeds. You can't plant any.

The scenario is real I'm afraid but the seeds in question are for the next generation to use for planting, not for immediate consumption. The seeds are kept
here.
Some of the seeds in this vault will only keep for 30 or so years(peas) so whatever is going on that we don't know about will manifest itself and pass before then.

I know seed banks are real... but the fact that you can either eat them all or don't eat any isn't realistic. >.<

Well, taking into account this place probably has cameras everywhere, Id probably only be in there overnight at most before being rescued (kicked out).
So no I would not eat them.
