its the spirit of zack people....Have you ever wondered why the wolf has the same colours as zack?
Its not mother, cause mother is jenova. (but in the end, they call aries mother, huh?!)

I have not really had time to read this entire article but I just read StK's post.
The wolf isn't realyl a wolf it was a project from Jenova in the Shinra Tower.
Its name is Red XVIII but what do you mean its seen everywhere? The only places I saw it were:
The start (well there were 3 of them, that freaked me out a litttle)
The part of when Behemoth comes in
On Sid's Plane
And on the last scene where Cloud gievs the kids the water.

Four places from a 1 hour movie.....
