Use Time Machine Backup

Time Machine is macOS' built-in utility, that lets you create a backup of your system files. If you turn on this utility to back up your files and folders, you can easily get them back to their original state by following the below-given steps:
· Connect your Time Machine hard drive to Mac and then choose the Time Machine option from the menu bar.
· Select Enter Time Machine. You may also go to the Apple menu > System Preferences > Time Machine.
· On the Time Machine screen, check out the available backups.
· Choose your last backup and navigate to your files backup.
· Select one or more items you want to retrieve and Restore.
All the recovered files will be restored to the specified location.

I can help you. All you have to do is choose the SD card recovery software you like the most (or just download the best solution) and use it to recover your data. My friend is an IT specialist and he suggested to me https://www.insanelymac.com/blog/sd-car ... tware-mac/ in which programs / that can help you were translated.
