Russian SP standards in English

Guys, we need help from those who are familiar with the norms, standards and codes of practice in the Russian Federation. Now there is an urgent need to translate this document SP 50.13330.2012 in English. Can someone help me with this?

Yes, I am also familiar with a number of these documents. Our organization now works closely with Russian partners and we have had to translate some documents into English. This is a fairly common and in-demand document. And you can find it already in a finished translation. I don't think it will be expensive. And it's not hard to find.
