How do you guys deal with insomnia?

Exercises outside help me a lot with the sleep issues.

I was going through menopause during the COVID-19 crisis. I was self-isolating alone. I had headaches, hot flashes, night sweats,insomnia.It was terrible.I’ve always wanted to journal, start meditating,surf internet—it was a time to start to do it. I've had time to learn more about menopause y estrogens. For myself I have chosen premarin from CanadaDrugs ,they also have a cream conjugated estrogens.

How many hours of sleep is considered to be insomnia?

I can't exactly answer this question, since I'm not a doctor, but I once didn't sleep for three days and it was horrible. I told my friend about it and he was shocked. He decided to help me with my insomnia by bringing me some sativa, which he bought on https://westcoastsupply.cc/. After I smoked some weed I instantly fell asleep and slept for about 10 hours. Since then I started smoking some weed before going to bed. I wouldn't do it, but it's the only way I can deal with insomnia.
