Oh, I understand you!!!)))) There are some tips:

Use a new DNS code and confirm it on your streaming device.
Unplug (or even turn off) your device.
Disconnect your modem.
Disconnect the router.
Connect the modem + wait for it to turn on and connect to web..
Connect the router and do the same step from the #5
Turn the device on.
Check its workablity once again. Should be working by now.

If I were you, I would try to live without serials outside the USA...sorry...
