Today, most customers prefer to shop online as they can do it from the comfort of their home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As the popularity of online shopping grows, so does the demand for quality customer service. After reading numerous negative reviews, I am sure that customer support plays a huge role, so I am looking for a reliable resource with which I can effectively support my customers.
