How to improve focus and beat task avoidance with ADHD?

I’ve been struggling with focus and procrastination due to my ADHD, especially when it comes to tasks I find overwhelming. It feels like I avoid certain things because I just can’t get started, and it only gets worse. Does anyone have effective strategies or tips that helped them overcome this?

When I started facing focus problems, I tried doing my day by hours, setting small tasks. The key is not to overwhelm yourself with everything at once, but to divide tasks into simple and short tasks. It's important to take short breaks, otherwise it's hard to focus. Also, I use a timer for work to remember that time is limited, it helps to avoid procrastination
