A new section

Its just under the General section (this section). It includes the tutorials forum and a new forum called Help.
Please do not post help in any other forums (only if one sais atleast "help" on it) as for other forums are for discussion purposes only!
Anyone who does post help anywhere else will have their topic/topics moved.
