As we all know, Fox's animated series movie The Simpsons is scheduled to come out sometime this weekend, I use
to have doubts about the show because of Family Guy, but after watching it I find that is hilarious to me if you have
a good sense of humor.

Anybody looking forward to this?

I will see the movie although the tv show has been going downhill for yeeeeeeeeeeears. I grew up with the show, and saw every episode up until i hit high school... i stopped watching it because it started sucking. In college i gave up on it all together. But, being a former die hard fan of the show I will bundle all my hopes into 1 movie ticket and see it.

I had my doubts about it, but I decided to go and I couldn't have been happier. Great movie.

I agree with you brentbizzle, it has started sucking.
Why cant they just go back to making episodes like the old ones, those were the funny ones.

The old ones were funnier but I didn't like the voices of the characters or how they were animated.

The old episodes don't necessarily have bad audio or animation. Seasons 3-5 were pure genius and the episodes looked and sounded great.

The past few years it has been really going downhill though. I blame the new writers. It's just not as witty as it was before.

We may have been young to see them but you do know they still air the entire series
on fox right? (well its on my channell they do, ch.28) and I can still find it WAY funnier than the new episodes.
