Alright so I haven't done anything to my computer recently but I found this strange "hard drive" in My Computer

Image

I do not know what it is? I can't access it, nor can I get any information from it. All I know is that it is using 0 space, and the name I believe is Q?

Any help would be great on what it is, if I can delete it or what? Thanks.

You think so? I have always run tests, I am even testing it right now for everything. I never download anything, I would see no way of getting it. I would reformat for safety but I just can't right now. Any other ideas on what it could be?

It's most likely nothing.
Format the partition it's on.

See I can't do that either :( Its a laptop one hard drive. I have 2 partitions already, one for my computer and one for world of warcraft (because I am cool like that.) If I delete that then that would mean deleting my whole computer, plus I can't even see it in the computer management disk manager thingy. mmmmmm.

Does it have a "capacity"?

Now, I may be wrong in assuming this, but I believe that this is your volume boot sector. Normally, a boot manager handles different
operating systems (bootmngr or whatever) but it seems that since you have two operating systems that the particular "partition" you're
seeing is just a "boot sector volume" that stores information regarding your setup. You say you use one partition just for WoW and
whatever goes along with that. If this is what I assume it MIGHT be, then this is seen from performing a "high-level format". Basically,
this is just a partition used to store the configurations you have set for each operating system to keep them independent. I have not,
however, seen this on any particular computer I own while I've dual-booted before, but it seems to me that this should show up in the
windows partition tool (at least). I'm not sure why it doesn't.
