There both nice if u added scan lines i think ur would have been perfect and pstation i like ur however its a little choppy and blurry so my vote is for devils.

Dude just go to
http://www.good-tutorials.com and go to effects and they will have plenty of tuts on backgrounds.

Again, this one is awhile back... I am going through tehese sections to clean up... I like devils more. Devils win!
