...the stipulations aren't fair, so I am out. Are you kidding me? If those 4 can't vote, why waste my time on making something that I know might be a set-up. So I am out.

How is that not fair thats y i say that shay and stk cant vote and i will never tell anyone to vote for me. I win fair and square thats y i dont want ur bro's in it who all like eachothers work and stk and shay who luv mine its not crazy at all it fair and its a set up when ur bros are in it.

no no it isnt fair, that is actually pretty ridiculous if you are going to do this, anyone can vote, we dont make rules like that around here, basically you both are taking this way too personal and serious, just make it a friendly battle...
+ the people you omitted clmt hurt thiet more than yourself because there are others on this site who would support you just cause they like you better that you didnt include... for example shadox, sios... so basically your rules arent too fair right now and i dont blame thiet if he doesnt accept

personally i never vote on someone if i like them or dislike them .... i would never just vote for C cause i like him better i vote on peoples work and comment which is better and why i think it is better.
eg: i if i think thientams is better then i will say so and say why and also if i think if Cs is better and so on
