Sorry to say but this is worse than your other one, and your other one was awesome man.
The text is horrible, your render is fairly neat, except that it could really use some blending. Sorry man, you could do better.

yeh i know its not my best but yeh, hey i need sum help, how do u get the brushes that u dl into photoshop?

-Blend Render
-Lower Opacy of Scanlines
-Remove Scanlines on text
Take the brushes in .abr format and put the in C:/Program Files/Adobe/PhotoshopCS(or CS2 depending on what you use)/Presets/Brushes

Use Blending options, or duplicate layers and play with the filter options.
