well the way to use brushes right is not to "brush" but more to "stamp" find some good grunge brushes then repeat layers of white and black brushes and then color them in using colored layers set to different blending options.

there is also a search bar near the top, type "Grunge" or "abstract" and it should pull up some nice brush sets.

how do u install the brushes?

they go in C:/Program Files/Adobe/PhotoshopCS2/Presets/Brushes.
