This is your first try? Wow....damn man the lighting is fabulous and good blending on the main render.

Or he could just practice off of tutorials for paint shop pro.
But maybe devil is right there are A LOT of signature tutorials for photoshop that teach you pro techniques.

Just download it but even if it comes with a key gen. most of them don't work.
