hi as u can see from the title i need to upgrade my custom firmware to over 3.7 so i can play the simpsons... lol I have had a look around the web and have found a upgrade but once downloaded i dont no what to do with the files... please im so confused!

First of all, wrong section to post. Second, there should be a tutorial in the tutorials thread that can tell you what to do with those files.
