Hi

i'm new to this and have a psp with 1.5 firmware , i was wondering was what exactly do i need to run ISO's(backups of course) and also play games which need a higher firmware

if i have posted this in the wrong place then i apologise

i have tried looking through the topics but really am unsure and dont wanna brick my psp

any help(especialy links to the right downloads) is greatly appreciated

erm.... you can either use one of two things
dax ziso loader (which i used to use all the time)
or Device Hook
i would rather go with device hook
what this does it it lets you emulate a higher firmware so you can play games that require it
also you are able to use the internet browser, look at png, gifs, and other stuff the higher firmware lets you look at
also when playing iso's or umd's it lets you change the cpu clock to full speed wich makes the games load a bit faster

no problem, i love to help
all you have to do is run this exe, then go to the game icon, choose devhook, and change your settings to your liking, and you got it

and i think i know you in real life... arent you on my football team?

get the devhook ultimant installer 1.1.1

run the .exe (make sure your psp is connected to ur comp via usb cable) and pick what u want
if you want customization like naruto or bleach or both run the exe again
