Help with gta vice city stories Cheat Device v2.1

I need to know how to install gta vice city stories Cheat Device v1.2 on a 3.10 OE-A psp.

I just got this game so I don't plan on using the cheat device for a long time but I think you can do it by putting the gamesave in the gamesave folder (but I think it deletes your first save so backup your saves just in case!!!!!!). I've only used the LCS cheat device but I downloaded the VCS one for a friend once and there might be something you put on the root as well. Sorry I don't know more lol.

I got it intalled using iflash and every time the cheat menu appears the game freezes and the psp shuts down. THis also happened when I installed it the other way.

I tried it all it does is load up the cheat menu, freeze, then the psp turns off.

well, its not rly meant, or built for 3.1 oe, maby sumthin in 3.1 stops it from workin, i havent tries, and my psp is "under repair" right now...(i bricked it and im not sure which file i messed up on)

Could someone who has 3.10 OE-A installed on their psp tell me if they have the same problem?
