but seriously this is a thread about debate because well tghats the class im takin right now and its pretty fun so ill giva ya a topic and u tell me wether or ont u are pro or con and then give reasons to push the argument foreward.......ok heres the topic: A Resolution concerning perscription drugs.(i am pro on this so i only have pro concepts so here they are):

1.Americans are paying too much for their perscription drugs
2.Many Americans are turning to other countries to get their perscription drugs cheaper
3.A growing number of scam artists are taking advantage of this multi-million dollar enterprise
4.The lack of screening leaves room for chemical and biological terrorism such as anthrax, botulism,Smallpox Virus, sarin gas, ricin gas, and pneumonic plauge

this is why i think that the US food and drug administration be given authority tomonitor and screen imported perscription drugs for the safety and protection of the american people from scams and acts of terrorism involving the transfer of drugs.

so lets get some feedback guys

number 1 totaly seals this debate. Even though i get free health care, and prescription drugs are really cheap and affordable, so i really dont know how much you guys pay for prescription drugs...But i saw simpsons once, where grandpa simpson and homer went to canada to sneak over some drugs, lol thats why i choose pro.

yes this is policyOK NEW TOPIC should we advance hydrogen fuel technology here are the pros

1.hydrogen fuel improves the air and reduces greenhouse emissions, potentialy helping the worlds current problem of global warming and polar ice caps melting
2.american consumers are curently paying excess of 3.25$ per gallon of auto fuel
3.studies show the WORLD'S(yes not just americans oil all of the worlds) oil being delpeted by the year 2050
4.decreasing the reliance of fossil fuels. Especialy Middle eastern oil, will improve the US economy
5.Cost effective hydrogen cars are expected to be ready before the year 2110
6.hydrogen fuel is still not cost effective to create, transport, and store
7.Bush's Freedom CAR initiative and the total of 1.7 billion dollars over five years is nowere near enough money needed for the resarch to make a hydrogen econmy realistic.

OK GO GO GO

the main thing that will be argued is the livelyhood of the billion dollar gas industry, the people who work there and all those corner locations. As well as anything which maybe unsafe...

if you are taking this class remember the S.H.I.T.S

significance
harms
inherency
topicality
solvency

its sad i stilll remember this. yah im pretty sure everyone would be pro on this will the gas prices and all
