Ok background is...
My PSP was version 1.52 then I upgraded to 2.0 when the downgrader came out I sucessfully downgraded to 1.50 now here is the problem... I havent watched a UMD in it since I downgraded. I went to watch one of my films the other night and it said "software must be upgraded to watch this movie" or something to that or there abouts. Basically it is asking for me to upgrade again in order to watch my UMD film. I have been told that I need to use some version changer which I did... it didnt work. Then I was told use Fastloader which I downloaded version 0.5 and I cant even get that to run the UMD because I can't see the option to run it. Then I tried version 0.8 of Fastloader and it near enough bricked my PSP. I had to take the battery out to switch it off.
Is there anything I can do to watch UMD's again? please someone help me

thats very strange, ive never heard of umd movies asking for an upgrade in firmware. Are you sure you placed in a movie? or a game?

Get UMD Emulator V0.8C. Don't ask where before you first trying googling it.

been reading elsewhere from other people that since downgrading a whole number of films do not work. Also the umd emulator and fastloader along with the version changer do not work either.
i guess its either 1.50 and NO films on umd....
or 2.0 with no homebrew but the chance to watch films.

ewww, an ipod video....videos are gonna drain the battery like mad. Even though apple gives you approximate time of battery life of the device, never trust it. Apple is always soooo off with battery calculations. When apple says the nano gets 16 hours of battery life, i only get 4-5 hours. So what ever apple says the batteries life is gonna be, dont trust em.

i heard that apple knew something was wrong with the nanos and they still released them and now theyre getting sued or something. heard it from my dad. im thinking about getting a shuffle just because theyre only $100 and i dont need 100000 songs on it, i only need like 200ish for biking.

Well...some dumbass decided to sue apple cause they bought the nano and it scratched too easily on the back. They said that the coating on it wasnt as thick as the original ipod's .DUH! there is like a 300 dollar difference stupid! Dont expect it to be exactly the same as the original ipods, then it wouldnt be a nano then!
And i cant believe that person would actually live life expecting all the things they own to be in mint condition as if it came out of a box. You put anything in your pocket, IT WILL SCRATCH, STUPID! the only way to not get it scatched is if you dont buy it at all.
Get a life man, your not gonna beat apple in this law suit. Any common person could buy a nano and scratch it, thats no reason to sue.
Sorry for my harsh words, this was not directed at you, the reader. But to the Mother F *%#%@ that has no life.

i dont think version 7.50 is even a real firmware. 6, 5, 4, and 3.50 isnt even out yet.

I heard about this problem. Don't know what to say really. I just won't upgrade beyond 1.50. Homebrew 4 life.
