Replace Dracula Icons

Apparently the Dracula icons found when using Popsloader are a result of an image replacement from the flash in the CFW. Would there be a way to locate this image and replace it so that it is the PS logo or something??

When making the game in the first place, the program searches set directories for the different files (icon/back ground). Go into those directories and change those files to whatever file you want.

Or you could modify the eboot with a program called pspbrew and you can change the snd0, icon, and background and other stuff about the file.

Well the problem with the first solution is that the dracula icon will remake itself once you save again. Unless you mean the directories that PROVIDE the source png... in which I don't know how to locate it.

I don't know how to fix this problem with PSPbrew, and I dont think it works on Multi disc PSX games

Did you download or create the game yourself?

If you make them yourself I advise you to use a program called IceTea 1.0.

You can convert PS1 IMG, BIN, or ISO files to the eboot form. You can also add your own icon, background, warning screen, icon animation, and background music to the game. This way you can choose what you want.

I downloaded the game because there is a version of MGS that runs perfectly on 3.80 and 4.01. But there is this dumb dracula icon that wont go away lol.

Will Ice Tea work with Multi Disc eboots?

*UPDATE*

I extracted the ISO from the MGS eboot but it came out way to small, like 1.20mb and the eboot is over 1gb

hmm...

Use this:
You should get all PS1 games to work by doing this:

download http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7FOO9KB2

copy it to ur psp

Enable the plugin

When you load a psx game, hold down the R button to change the version of pops. But when you first run it, it asks you which to use and it will use that version until you change it. (3.03 and 3.40 have the most compatibility).

By "icon" you mean the game icon that is in the XMB right?
With psp brew you should be able to just load the EBOOTs (Takes a while) and change out the icon.

No I mean the save data is an 80x80 dracula icon. And actually I found a way to fix this by using psx2psp, and making the game icon 80x80 and whatever you want it to be.

Changing the pops doesn't effect this.

I c, the only way I know to change it is to fix it when you make the eboot.

I was actually thinking of doing this game. I make custom EBOOTs, so I just might
