AVC scupport for firmware launcher

Basically i just need to know where to find it cause i have 2.5 running on my psp but dont have avc support and i think that thats the only thing keeping me from running gta. I can get the socom loading screen then it crashes but not the gta (because of avc i think). But does anyone know where to get it?

yea u want avc for 2.5? copy mpegbase.prx from 2.0 and copy to 2.5 and overwrite
