Ok i just got norton anti virus 2006 and my 2005 was expired and hadnt been updated before last summer.... sooo i have 2006 updated and i was about to down grade my psp again but then i realised the over flow pic was gone from the foler.... so i rextract it thinking that maybe i deletd it... but my norton detected trojan.pspbrick coming out of the folder and sure enuff it deleted it... so thats what my over flow was,,, the terrible thing is that i have already used that over flow twice and it worked both times without bricking my psp soooo whats up?

hmm, that's strange. I had a friend with this exact problem. I think this overflow file is the cause of the brick. I'll PM you my overflow file to see if you get the same thing.
EDIT: doesn't work through
www.yousendit.com...

...although the site maybe down.

That's what I though, but see, the thing is, I've used my overflow many times and not once did it brick a psp, so I can't see why it woudl say that...I wouldn't take that risk, but I might have to soon because I am going to upgrade to play SVR, and will downgrage as soon as I'm done with the game.

It's normal, now take the 1.50 ebbot and create a folder in your PSP/GAME folder called UPDATE, put the 1.50 EBOOT in there and launch it, that should work.

any .tif file will automatically be classified as a trojan by norton. So no worries. But anyways, my norton will keep renewing itself, hehe. I have a keygen that will get my un limited cd keys. Tsk tsk.

anything that writes to the psp's flash0 is detected as trojan.pspbrick by norton
