why in ever GTA game but the newest one the person cant swim and in the new one the block person can like i dont get it do u?

sorrry i put this in the wrong area i thought it would be in the game review area because its talking about the GTA game for the psp...

I find it odd that you can only swim in Grand Theft Auto games that have black males for the main character, but I am sure that it has nothing to do with race from a developer's point of view.
