ok i got photoshop cs2 and i have a problem i want to know how to comboned images. oh and how do you get images on a page Example i go to open new and say i want the size of it to be 400x150 how wolud i get and image on this page

File > new put 400 * 150
OR if youre wanting to resize an image...
IMAGE > IMAGE SIZE
