PS2 Portable (San andreas)

I know a lot of you have seen just only pictures of PS2 handhelds, or Playstation 1 Handhelds, or even Gamecube handhelds, but what about seeing an actual video?
Here you watch this guy actually cast a video of a PS2 portable with San Andreas! Its pretty sweet to me!

wo...wo...wo....wo....wo ok hold on here, first lets step back here for a second because there are few things here I need
to get of my chest...first let me say that was a cool video of a PS2 handheld playing San Andreas...but the thing that bothers me is....
1.Did sony make that or somebody else?
2.I really never seen anything like that before.
3.Obviously I think the PSP was the only handheld made by sony.
Its just wierd and it seems impossible for someone to make a handheld like that..
