For some Gamecube ISO's? I have DOlphin emu, but now ISO's. Also, can I burn them onto a DVD and play them off of that?

That emulator does not work and shall it never will sorry man but there is no known ACTUAL working GameCube emulator.
But if you dont want to give up hope, use torrents:
