You cant sell PS3 Games!!!
Games Radar is reporting that Sony is telling stores that it is going to be against the law for customers to sell PS3 games that they've previously purchased. Our collective jaws are still agape. Current viewers of this message will be, and shall be, pissed. With unsellable PS3 games, this rumor may just be true since Sony is currently running low on $ from their stocks and overy drives of non updaters from the cause of emulation programming.
To me, this is a huge load of crap, I always sell my games because Im a bit low on money since I only got like $600. I mean what kind of company would do this? Thats what possible members are gonna say. And you know, that disc property thing seems a little gay to me:

High street games shops have been told by Sony that there will be no PS3 pre-owned sections in their stores as it will be illegal for customers to sell any next-gen PlayStation games that they've bought, retail sources have revealed to GamesRadar.
It seems that Sony is planning to adopt a licensing system that will mean gamers won't own the PS3 titles that they've paid money for. Instead, they will only be purchasing the licence to play the game and that the software itself will still be Sony property - meaning that the disc won't be the customer's to sell.
